25% Commission on Gross (NEW & USED)
Volume bonuses up to $3,000/month
Gas & Demo Allowances up to $200/month
Year-End Bonus: up to $20 per unit (Top Gun Award)
High performers (20+ units/month) are positioned for serious income
9-11.5 units $550 bonus
15–16.5 units $1,000 bonus
17–20.5 units $1,500 bonus
21–24.5 units $2,000 bonus
25–29.5 units $2,500 bonus
30+ units $3,000 bonus

To qualify for bonuses:
90%+ Customer Satisfaction (NPS)
Minimum 5 customer surveys/month
Strong online reviews (Google, DealerRater, etc.)
High engagement with Mazda connected services
Minimum performance standard: 10 units/month
High-traffic store with strong inventory flow
Mazda brand momentum + aggressive incentives
