Shop Facilitator / Customer Service Representative

Salary: $30,000–$45,000 Annually - Paid weekly with direct deposit
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
Position: Full-Time | 4-Day Workweek Currently
Availability: 1 Immediate Opening - position to be filled within 72 hours.

Bavarian Motor Repairs is seeking a motivated individual with a "YES!" mentality to join our team in a pivotal support role. You will find our shop to be extremely clean, well-lit, high positivity with standards that far surpass most expectations.

You don't need to know anything about cars! This is a structured support position where you'll be taught your daily responsibilities step by step.

Your primary mission is simple: Help our team stay productive while ensuring every customer receives a 5-star experience.

You'll be surrounded by positive, solution-focused teammates. We don't dwell on challenges — we focus on solutions!

Your Daily Responsibilities

• 5-Star Customer Service: Greet clients, answer phones, and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Vehicle Check-In: Photograph arriving vehicles using an iPad or smartphone and accurately document their condition.
• Vehicle Scanning: Use diagnostic scanning equipment to gather vehicle information. Full training provided.
• Test Drives: Safely operate and test-drive customer vehicles as needed.
• Team Support: Assist service advisors and technicians with daily tasks so they can remain focused and productive.
• Documentation: Upload photos, enter vehicle details, and ensure the team has accurate information upon vehicle arrival.
• Daily Operations: Take initiative, anticipate team and client needs, and help keep the shop running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• High energy, positive attitude, and a genuine "YES!" mentality
• Solution-focused approach to everyday challenges
• Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills
• Ability to follow step-by-step procedures and learn new skills
• Dependability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and computers
• Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable transportation
• Availability Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–6:00 PM
  

Experience That's a Big Plus (But Not Required)

• Hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or food service experience
• Customer-facing positions in fast-paced environments
• Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle
• Interest in automotive technology

Again, NO automotive experience is required! We will teach you the step-by-step processes and daily tasks needed to succeed.
