Job Summary
We are seeking a .NET Developer - IV to support mission- and business-critical applications within a Corporate Security organization. The developer will design, build, and maintain software solutions across legal compliance, hazard monitoring, and physical security domains.
This role involves modern full-stack development, system integrations, API development, application security, and modernization of existing applications.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with domain operators to understand complex security, hazard, and compliance requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, scale, and maintain enterprise full-stack applications using React, Node.js, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
• Utilize AI-assisted coding and spec-driven development practices to accelerate software delivery.
• Design and maintain system-to-system integrations connecting physical security hardware, third-party vendor APIs, and internal compliance platforms.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and complex application integrations.
• Refactor and modernize existing C#.NET web services and APIs to support modern frontend architectures.
• Perform application security testing and remediation using DAST, SAST, and Open Source Security (OSS) tools.
• Execute security scans using tools such as OWASP ZAP and Fortify and remediate identified vulnerabilities.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, and production issues in high-availability environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype, test, and deploy software solutions.

 
Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience.
• 3 years of relevant software engineering experience.
• 3 years of full-stack engineering experience with:
  • React
  • Node.js
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • PostgreSQL
• Practical experience with spec-driven development and AI-pair programming/coding tools.
• Hands-on experience developing complex system-to-system integrations and RESTful APIs.
• Experience executing application security scans and remediating vulnerabilities using:
  • DAST – OWASP ZAP
  • SAST – Fortify
  • Open Source Security (OSS) tools

 
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with C#.NET development, including web applications and APIs.
• Experience maintaining and modernizing legacy applications.
• Experience developing or supporting applications in high-performance, high-availability environments.
• Background in corporate security, compliance, physical security, or safety-related applications.
• Strong consultative and rapid-prototyping skills.
• Strong field-debugging and production troubleshooting experience.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and system-integration troubleshooting skills.
