IMMEDIATE HIRE CSR Verification Specialist (0326)

Pay Rate: $15/hr
Location: Onsite – Must report daily to the assignment location.

Training Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Attendance is mandatory for the entirety of the training period. CANNOT MISS ANY TIME DURING TRAINING

Post-Training Schedule:

• Must be available to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 AM - 9:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic customer service over the phone.

• Accurately direct phone calls to the appropriate staff and escalate trends or issues to supervisors as needed.

• Maintain compliance with onsite technical and operational requirements, ensuring seamless communication and task completion.

Qualifications:

• Technical Proficiency: Must be technically savvy, with the ability to independently operate a computer and troubleshoot basic issues.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Notes:

• This is an onsite position; candidates must report to the designated location daily.

• Candidates must demonstrate excellent adaptability and technical capability to meet the demands of the role.
