    Join Our Team as an Intensive In-Community (IIC) Therapist – New Jersey

    Location: Multiple counties across NJ (home & community-based sessions)
    Schedule: Flexible opportunities
    Compensation: $90 to $100 per hour

    We are a mission-driven behavioral health provider partnering with New Jersey’s Children’s System of Care (CSOC) to deliver goal-oriented, strength-based therapy to youth and families in their homes and communities.     Your Role

    As an IIC Therapist, you will:

    • -Provide individual and family therapy in the home or community setting
    • -Develop and implement clinically appropriate treatment plans based on assessments
    • -Support youth in building coping skills, resilience, and healthy relationships
    • -Collaborate with families, schools, and community supports to ensure continuity of care
    • -Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with CSOC and Medicaid standards
    What We’re Looking For

    • Active NJ clinical license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, or LAC

    • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
    • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
    • Valid NJ driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
    • Strong communication skills, cultural competence, and a passion for empowering youth
