Position-IFS 7 Application Support
Location-Hybrid 2-3 days a week in any of the locations (Tampa, FL OR Monroe, NC OR Warren, MA OR Parsippany, NJ)

Key Responsibilities:

IFS Applications Experience:
7+ years of strong hands-on experience with IFS ERP. Strong preference for people with experience in IFS Apps 7.
Troubleshooting: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues related to the IFS system.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with users and technical teams.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
ITIL Processes: Understanding of ITIL processes related to Incident Management, Service Request Management, Change Management and Problem Management.
Database Concepts: Knowledge of database systems e.g., Oracle, Knowledge of database concepts and the ability to assist users with data extraction. Experience running update scripts.
Business Acumen: Understanding of how the IFS system supports business operations. Business Expertise in Manufacturing Processes such as Discrete Manufacturing, Engineer-to-Order, Plan-to-Produce, Procure-to-Pay, Shop Floor Reporting, Material and Resource Planning and experience with specific IFS modules like Finance or Supply Chain.

Desirable Skills:
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
Experience using Crystal Reports and Power BI to create custom user reports.
Experience with IFS DOP functionality.
Understanding of both standard costing and actual costing and the implications in the system.
