Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IDFI Application Support Specialist with strong expertise in Frontier or equivalent enterprise reconciliation software, SQL Server, and web-based applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in financial reconciliation, disputes/chargebacks, SQL scripting, and data manipulation.

Mandatory Skills

• Frontier / Enterprise Reconciliation Software - MUST HAVE: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Frontier or equivalent enterprise reconciliation software.

• SQL Server - MUST HAVE: Strong experience with SQL queries, scripting, stored procedures, troubleshooting, and data manipulation.

• Financial Reconciliation - MUST HAVE: Experience with financial transaction reconciliation, exception handling, discrepancy identification, and resolution.

• Disputes / Chargebacks - MUST HAVE: Experience working with dispute management and chargeback processes.

• PowerShell - MUST HAVE: Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation, troubleshooting, and application support.

• Web-Based Applications - REQUIRED: Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript, with an understanding of web-based application functionality, troubleshooting, and integration.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with .NET-based applications is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Experience supporting enterprise financial or banking applications.

• Knowledge of application integration, data processing, and automated reconciliation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Frontier or equivalent enterprise reconciliation applications.

• Perform financial reconciliation, investigate transaction discrepancies, and resolve reconciliation exceptions.

• Work with disputes and chargeback processes.

• Develop and execute SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, validation, manipulation, and troubleshooting.

• Use PowerShell scripts for automation and application support activities.

• Troubleshoot web-based applications using HTML and JavaScript knowledge.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve production issues and improve reconciliation processes.

Important Note for Recruitment

Top Priority: Candidates must have at least 3 years of Frontier or equivalent enterprise reconciliation software experience.

Web Application Clarification: HTML and JavaScript familiarity is important. .NET knowledge is acceptable but not a deciding factor. Java experience is not mandatory.

Primary Focus: Frontier / Enterprise Reconciliation + Financial Reconciliation + SQL Server + Disputes/Chargebacks + PowerShell.
