You Are

A hands-on identity security professional who is passionate about helping clients control who has access to what-and why. You have the technical skills to implement and configure Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions, from building connectors and writing rules to customizing workflows and supporting access certifications. Day-to-day, you solve access and security challenges for clients and collaborate closely with your team to deliver high-quality results.

You can assess a client's identity and security posture, anticipate requirements, and help shape right-sized solutions based on industry-leading practices. You thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, bring a creative and analytical approach to problem solving, and produce clear, thorough documentation. You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences and are eager to help clients build security into every level of their organization.

The Work

• Work on preparation of IGA design document, present the design document to the stakeholders.
• Clarify/update design issues and concerns.
• Develop deployment and implementation methodology and standards consistent with vendor best practices
• Install, integrate, configure, and deploy IAM solutions and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Access Certifications.
• Develop and execute test cases and test plans for IGA solutions
• Provide knowledge transfer, training, and support activities
• Observe project delivery protocol and ensure timely escalation of status, issues, and risks
• Work with vendor product support to open, troubleshoot, and resolve product issues
• Develop technical project plans and aid in project resourcing and experience in rules development, workflow customizations
• Report the upgrade status updates to Technical Lead.
• Preparation of documentation for handover to operations team.
• Participate in go-live activity in the production environment.
• Good understanding of life cycle events, certifications, Plugin development experience
• Should be passionate and driven towards customization/development

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
