About the Role:
Join a forward-thinking Identity and Access Management (IAM) team dedicated to automating, securing, and scaling digital identities within a dynamic, enterprise environment. As an IAM Analyst, you will bridge the gap between technical access data and business operations, working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional partners. Leverage your expertise in identity security platforms and data analysis to deliver actionable insights, streamline access processes, and support compliance initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret identity and access data to support business operations and compliance initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document requirements for identity and access requests.
- Build, deliver, and present accurate reports and interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
- Query, extract, and analyze data from SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), CyberArk, and Active Directory.
- Communicate complex data findings clearly and professionally to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
- Document reporting processes and provide concise, executive-ready summaries alongside data distributions.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive access data and interacting with leadership.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and CyberArk.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, Pivot Tables) and Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience gathering business requirements and turning raw data into actionable insights.
- Expertise querying and automating Active Directory LDAP, including user-access reporting.
- Experience with Python and/or PowerShell scripting for process automation.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
- Demonstrated executive presence and strict attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with process automation/orchestration tools.
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Azure AD environments.
- Background in developing automated identity solutions and compliance reporting.
