Location: BayCare System Office East

Status: Full Time

Exempt: Yes

Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Shift: 1 (Days)

Weekend Work: Occasional

On Call: Yes

Remote Work: Hybrid

Position Summary

Designs, implements, and maintains IAM solutions for enterprise systems. Responsible for technical configuration, deployment, and support of IAM infrastructure, including identity management, authentication, and access control systems. Collaborates with analysts and senior engineers to develop secure architectures, automate provisioning, and respond to IAM security incidents. Participates in risk assessments, audits, and compliance initiatives. Requires strong technical skills and experience with IAM technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 years of experience in Identity Access Management or Information Security OR

• Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related discipline and 3 years of experience in the Information Technology field OR

• Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position

• JavaScript experience is required

• Preferred - PowerShell, NodeJS and MS SQL, APIs

• Preferred - Linux Operating System

Work Environment

This position supports BayCare's Identity Access Management team and plays a critical role in protecting enterprise systems, applications, and sensitive information. The role collaborates with Information Services teams, security professionals, analysts, and engineers to ensure secure and efficient identity governance across the organization.
