Fusion HCR is hiring an Identity Access Management Manager for a leading luxury resort and casino in Las Vegas. This role is ideal for an experienced security leader with strong SailPoint expertise, knowledge of role-based access methodologies, and experience managing audit and regulatory requirements.Position OverviewFusion HCR is seeking an Identity Access Management Manager to lead the team responsible for IT security standards, role-based access, and application security best practices across the enterprise. The manager will administer and optimize SailPoint identity governance, oversee provisioning workflows and access certifications, and ensure appropriate access throughout the employee lifecycle. This position will partner with business and technology teams to establish application roles, resolve access issues, and strengthen security controls for new and upgraded systems. The manager will also support audits, address noncompliance, improve processes through automation, and lead Security Administration team resources, performance, and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business groups to establish appropriate application roles and user access.
- Administer and optimize SailPoint, including workflows, role models, access policies, reporting, and application onboarding.
- Manage access for AS400, AS400 applications, and web-based applications.
- Automate joiner, mover, and leaver processes and ensure timely deprovisioning.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly access reviews and certification campaigns.
- Support peer reviews, audits, and regulatory requirements involving SOX, PCI, gaming, and information security.
- Produce audit reports and monitor key performance indicators.
- Troubleshoot access and security issues and maintain IAM documentation.
- Plan security administration for IT projects and system upgrades.
- Lead continuous improvement through automation and process enhancements.
- Manage team resources, distribute workloads, lead meetings, and mentor Security Administrators.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; five or more years of relevant AS400 and web application experience may substitute.
- At least five years of leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow).
- Strong knowledge of role-based access methodologies.
- Experience with system audits, profile reviews, and PCI, SOX, and Nevada gaming controls.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and other required licenses.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse guests and team members.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
