Client Overview: Our client is seeking an
Identity Infrastructure Specialist to join their team on a temporary assignment of at least 3 months. This role will support the Office of IT on a university campus.
Salary/Hourly Rate: $40/hr
Position Overview: The Identity Infrastructure Specialist will focus on single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, and account lifecycle management to ensure secure and efficient user access. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while handling support tickets and maintaining system integrity.
Responsibilities of the Identity Infrastructure Specialist:- Assist with single sign-on implementation and password reset processes.
- Manage account lifecycle activities, including renewing certifications and updating to new system versions.
- Support multi-factor authentication deployment and maintenance.
- Handle and resolve support tickets related to identity infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security protocols.
Required Experience/Skills for the Identity Infrastructure Specialist:- At least 3+ years of experience using and maintaining Windows and/or Linux systems.
- 1+ years of experience deploying and operating cloud applications in a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) model.
- 1+ years of experience with directory services, single sign-on, or account lifecycle management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Identity Infrastructure Specialist:- Experience with ServiceNow.
Education Requirements:- Bachelor's degree preferred.
