Position Summary
EIG Services is a growing Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) provider seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Manager to lead quality assurance, regulatory compliance, licensing readiness, and continuous quality improvement across our residential and community-based programs. This leadership position is responsible for ensuring compliance with Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) regulations, agency policies, and best practices while promoting a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and person-centered services. The Quality & Compliance Manager partners with Operations, Clinical Services, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership to support high-quality outcomes for the individuals we serve, maintain continuous licensing readiness, and drive organizational excellence as EIG Services continues to grow.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Lead agency-wide quality assurance and compliance initiatives.
  • Conduct routine audits of documentation, residential homes, and service delivery.
  • Maintain continuous licensing readiness for all programs.
  • Review incidents, investigations, and corrective action plans to ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor ISP implementation, documentation, medication administration, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and deliver compliance-related training and coaching for supervisors and staff.
  • Identify trends through audits and incident reviews and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and recommendations for Executive Leadership.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Clinical Services, and Human Resources to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Stay current on Pennsylvania ODP regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Nursing, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities field.
  • Preferred three (3) years of experience in quality assurance, compliance, licensing, or operations leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania ODP regulations, including Chapters 6100, 6400, and 6500.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with electronic documentation systems, preferably Therap.
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to agency locations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience leading licensing inspections and corrective action planning.
  • Certified Investigator, Medication Administration Trainer, or other quality/compliance certifications.
  • Experience implementing quality management systems and performance improvement initiatives.
