Hourly $16.50 - $17.50

GoodLife Innovations serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a variety of Residential and Day Services programs. Our RISE Day Services program provides meaningful activities and opportunities designed to enrich the lives of the persons we serve.

We are seeking a Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help lead center-based and community-based activities and support the persons we serve in this semi-independent program. In this role, you will assist with morning duties at a residential program and transport clients in a company vehicle to our Day Services clubhouse. While at the Day Services clubhouse, you will engage with and support clients in activities- including art classes, field trips, and more!- then transport clients back to their residential program. You will build lasting relationships through community outings, functional activities, and daily companionship!
