• Experience: Minimum 2 years ICU experience; Epic experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality critical care nursing to ICU patients
• Monitor patients’ conditions and respond to changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Support patients and families through education and compassionate care
• Float to other ICU units (MICU, Neuro, TICU, Burn) as needed during shifts

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience (Epic experience preferred)
• ACLS & BLS certifications required; CCRN preferred
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to different ICU settings
