What Youll Do:- Provide high-quality nursing care for ICU patients across various units, including ICU, CVICU, NICU, SICU, MICU, TICU, and Burn ICU
- Float between multiple ICU units as needed, adapting to different patient needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient conditions closely, adjusting treatments as necessary
- Document patient information accurately and promptly in Epic EMR
- Comply with all safety, quality, and infection control protocols
- Participate in holiday coverage and every other weekend rotation
What You Need:- Valid RN license in Louisiana or appropriate compact state
- Minimum of 2 years ICU experience with recent practice in a similar setting
- Epic EMR experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications (must be current)
- Strong clinical skills, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
Preferred:- CPI and CCRN certifications
- Experience working in high-acuity ICU environments
