What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized ICU care to adult patients across multiple ICU units, including MICU, TICU, Neuro ICU, and Burn ICU
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage ventilators
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient information accurately using Epic EMR system
• Float between designated ICU units as needed, supporting staffing needs
• Comply with hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards
• Assist in patient and family education and support

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
• Minimum of 2 years ICU nursing experience
• Experience with Epic EMR Software required
• BLS & ACLS certifications required; CPI & CCRN preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and assist with holiday coverage
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
