What Youll Do- Provide specialized ICU care to adult patients across multiple ICU units, including MICU, TICU, Neuro ICU, and Burn ICU
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage ventilators
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information accurately using Epic EMR system
- Float between designated ICU units as needed, supporting staffing needs
- Comply with hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards
- Assist in patient and family education and support
What You Need- Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible for licensure
- Minimum of 2 years ICU nursing experience
- Experience with Epic EMR Software required
- BLS & ACLS certifications required; CPI & CCRN preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and assist with holiday coverage
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
