• Licenses/Certifications: Active ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIH certification required (CPI can be obtained at the facility for $100)
• Experience: 2+ years ICU experience, Epic experience preferred

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality ICU patient care across various units and specialties
• Float to ICUs, ED, PACU, and other units as needed, caring for a diverse patient population
• Perform lab sticks, EKGs, line starts, and other bedside procedures
• Operate and monitor equipment such as Alaris IV Pumps, CADD PCA pumps, Servo I ventilators, and others
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
• Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care interventions

What You Need:

• Current licensure as an RN in Louisiana or eligibility for licensure
• 2+ years ICU experience, with Epic EMR experience preferred
• Active ACLS, BLS, CPI, and NIH certifications
• Ability to float to all ICU areas, including ED, PACU, MS/PCU, with patient ratios up to 1:4 in some units
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and adaptability
