What You’ll Do:

• Provide advanced patient care in a Level IV Trauma Center ICU setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, implementing care plans
• Administer medications, including narcotics, and manage patient procedures such as wound care and drain management
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Respond effectively during emergency situations, including potential assignments to emergency teams
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards

What You Need:

• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum of 1 year ICU experience
• Proficiency in Epic EHR system
• Ability to perform special procedures including TPN and wound care
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, emergency-ready environment
