What You’ll Do

• Provide expert care in various ICU settings including Neuro, Surgical, Medical (MICU), Cardiology, CVICU, SICU/NCCU
• Float to units based on staffing needs, maintaining high levels of patient safety and comfort
• Manage ventilators, telemetry monitors, IV starts, and patient assessments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans
• Document patient care accurately in EPIC system
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols during night shifts
• Support patient recovery through skilled nursing interventions

What You Need

• Ohio RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• At least 2 years of ICU experience, including ventilator management and telemetry
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system
• Ability to float across units of similar or lower acuity levels
• Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to work independently
