Schedule: 7:00 PM–7:30 AM

Are you an experienced ICU Registered Nurse ready to advance into a leadership role? We are seeking a Patient Care Nurse Supervisor for a permanent opportunity in the Miami area.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff

• Coordinate staffing and patient assignments

• Support patient flow and clinical operations

• Assist with staff development and performance evaluations

• Collaborate with nursing management

• Promote patient safety and high-quality care

Ideal Candidate

• Registered Nurse with ICU experience

• Previous charge nurse, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred

• Florida supervisor license required

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Ability to coordinate staffing and support a clinical team
