About the role: As an Icertis Consultant, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of contract management processes using the Icertis Contract Management (ICM) platform. This role requires deep expertise in contract lifecycle management, strong cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable ICM solutions. You will act as a subject matter expert, driving efficiency, compliance, and innovation across contract operations. Work model: This is a hybrid role (3 days onsite), with preferred locations in Austin, TX or Sunnyvale, CA. In this role, you will: - Lead the development and optimization of contract management processes on the Icertis platform. - Collaborate with legal, procurement, finance, and operations teams to align business requirements with ICM configurations. - Configure and customize ICM workflows, templates, and reporting functionalities. - Provide guidance, training, and support to end‑users as the Icertis product expert. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency. What you need to have to be considered: - 7+ years of experience in contract management, with strong knowledge of contract lifecycle processes (drafting, negotiation, execution, compliance). - 3-5 years of hands‑on experience implementing and managing the Icertis Contract Management platform. - Proven track record of leading cross‑functional projects and driving process improvements. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex contract data and deliver actionable insights. These will help you stand out: - Icertis certification(s). - Demonstrated success in delivering scalable ICM solutions across multiple business units. - Experience mentoring teams and fostering adoption of contract management best practices. - Ability to propose innovative solutions that enhance compliance and efficiency. Salary and Other Compensation Applications will be accepted until 05/03/2026. The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 - $125,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizants discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizants applicable plans.
