About the Role

The Icertis AI Augmented Senior Manager will lead the delivery, enhancement, and optimization of AI-enabled Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions, driving platform innovation, intelligent automation, and business value. This role requires a strong combination of Icertis CLM expertise, technical leadership, and experience leveraging AI technologies to streamline contract management processes, improve data quality, increase productivity, and support strategic business initiatives. The individual will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and AI-augmented contract lifecycle solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams responsible for the design, implementation, and support of AI-enabled Icertis CLM solutions, establishing best practices, governance standards, and delivery excellence.
• Drive AI-powered automation, platform enhancements, and integration initiatives to improve contract lifecycle efficiency, user experience, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and intelligent CLM solutions leveraging automation and AI capabilities.
• Ensure system reliability, data integrity, compliance, governance, and performance through proactive monitoring, analytics, and continuous improvement practices.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including solution architecture, AI transformation initiatives, implementation, risk management, and operational excellence programs supporting enterprise contract management objectives.

What you need to have to be considered

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, contract management platforms, or software engineering.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams in a manager, delivery lead, or program leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with Icertis CLM, including configuration, implementation, integration, and support.
• Experience delivering cloud-based enterprise applications, AI-enabled solutions, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes, workflow automation, artificial intelligence, data management, and governance concepts.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

These will help you stand out

• Icertis certifications or advanced experience leading enterprise CLM implementations.
• Experience leveraging Generative AI, AI-assisted workflows, intelligent document processing, or automation technologies within contract management environments.
• Experience in healthcare, payer, provider, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
• Knowledge of contract operations, supplier management, procurement, or legal business processes.
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation and AI modernization initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps practices, and modern software engineering principles.

The salary range for this role is $135,000 - $160,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. This position also qualifies for Cognizant''s discretionary annual incentive program, contingent on performance and applicable plan terms.
