Diggerland USA is looking for energetic, friendly, and reliable Ice Cream Attendants to join our Food & Beverage team for the season! This is a great opportunity for teens and first-time workers to gain experience in customer service, food service, and teamwork in a fun amusement park environment.
Ice Cream Attendants play a key role in creating a positive guest experience by serving ice cream and frozen treats while keeping work areas clean, safe, and welcoming.
Job Responsibilities
- Serve ice cream, soft serve, and frozen desserts
- Operate, maintain, and clean soft-serve machines and basic food service equipment
- Take customer orders and operate a POS (Point of Sale) system
- Provide friendly, fast, and professional guest service
- Maintain clean, organized, and stocked work areas
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work as part of a team to ensure excellent guest experiences
- Answer guest questions and assist park visitors as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older
- Available to work weekends, holidays, and peak season shifts
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Able to follow directions and work as part of a team
- No prior experience required - paid training provided!
