Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and motivate employees while fostering a positive team environment.
Schedule staff and ensure adequate coverage during business hours.
Provide outstanding customer service and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
Scoop ice cream, prepare coffee beverages, pop fresh popcorn, and assist customers with purchases.
Train and support team members to ensure excellent service and product quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting appearance throughout both stores.
Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and balancing registers.
Monitor inventory levels, restock products and supplies, and communicate ordering needs.
Ensure food safety, sanitation, and company standards are consistently followed.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Assist wherever needed to ensure the smooth daily operation of both shops.
Qualifications:
Previous management, retail, or food service experience preferred.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Reliable, organized, and able to multitask.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable handling cash and supervising employees.
Available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
