Description

Our client, a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a IBM ACE Integration Engineer – Healthcare Claims for their Hartford, CT/ Remote location.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Sr Developer in a hybrid work model designs and implements robust data integration solutions using IBM Ace ESQL and IBM integration bus to support Medicare and Medicaid claims processing while ensuring high-performance accuracy regulatory compliance and alignment with organizational objectives across complex stakeholder environments.
  • Design and implement scalable data integration solutions using IBM Ace ESQL and IBM integration bus that streamline Medicare and Medicaid claims processing workflows while maintaining high performance and reliability.
  • Develop and optimize complex message flows and transformations that accurately handle claim data structures benefit rules and adjudication logic to reduce processing errors and rework.
  • Analyze existing integration patterns and system interfaces and recommend enhancements that improve data quality latency and throughput for critical claims transactions.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and domain experts to translate Medicare and Medicaid claims requirements into precise technical specifications and integration designs.
  • Configure and maintain IBM integration bus environments including deployment packaging monitoring setup and tuning activities to ensure stable day shift operations in a hybrid work setting.
  • Create reusable ESQL components mappings and error handling frameworks that support consistent processing of multiple claim types and reduce future development effort.
  • Investigate and resolve complex production incidents related to data integration or claims flows by performing root cause analysis and implementing durable corrective actions.
  • Document integration designs message models and operational procedures in a clear and structured manner to support knowledge sharing and onboarding of peers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with testing teams to define integration test strategies build test data for claim scenarios and validate end to end flows for Medicare and Medicaid transactions.
  • Implement robust logging auditing and exception management within IBM Ace solutions to support compliance reporting and traceability for regulated healthcare data.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure that data integration solutions follow organizational policies for data privacy access control and resilience without requiring travel.
  • Guide peers on best practices for IBM Ace ESQL and IBM integration bus usage by sharing patterns coding standards and lessons learned from complex claims integration projects.
  • Continuously evaluate new features and updates in IBM integration technologies and propose improvements that enhance business value and support future claims initiatives.
