JOB OVERVIEW:
The IBHS-ABA Clinical Director is responsible for ensuring the overall clinical and administrative supervision of the IBHS-ABA designated team, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to staff working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in 1:1 programming. The IBHS-ABA Clinical Director is responsible for completing a range of client assessments and supervising the performance and development of Behavioral Consultants and those in training pursuing their BCBA. The IBHS-ABA Clinical Director reports to the CFA Clinical Director.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB required
Must have one of the following:
Master's degree from an accredited university in a clinical mental health discipline such as psychology, counseling, clinical social work, creative arts therapy, or marriage and family therapy (degree must contain at least 12 credit hours in core behavioral health coursework)
Licensure as a professional counselor (LPC), clinical social worker (LCSW), psychologist, or psychiatrist in Pennsylvania
At least two years of verified post-master's experience providing applied behavior analysis and assessment to children with intellectual disabilities, mental health disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorder
Experience writing Positive Behavior Support (PBS) plans and conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) required
Preferred: Familiarity with Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
CLEARANCES:
Valid child abuse (Act 33), criminal History, FBI, and medical clearances
TRAINING:
Participation in and completion of all CBH mandatory in-services (must be completed within three months of hire and then annually from the date of the initial training)
