JOB TITLE: Identity & Access Management (IAM) Vault Analyst

We are seeking an IAM Vault Analyst to support privileged account security, credential management, and vault operations within an enterprise environment. This role will help maintain secure access, automate credential processes, manage account lifecycles, and support compliance activities tied to privileged access.
Responsibilities- Administer privileged and shared accounts within a PAM platform, including onboarding, maintenance, and access changes.
- Perform day-to-day vault administration and assist users with privileged access and credential-related issues.
- Maintain privileged account records throughout the identity and account lifecycle.
- Support automation used to manage, secure, and maintain privileged credentials.
- Monitor access workflows and complete required security and compliance activities.
- Review and document evidence used to support access-related controls.
- Maintain accurate procedures and documentation for vault administration activities.
- Troubleshoot account, vault, and access issues and assist with escalated requests.
- Support IAM and PAM initiatives involving privileged access, account security, and credential management.
- Follow established security standards and procedures when managing enterprise access.
Qualifications- At least two years of professional IT experience with exposure to IAM, privileged access, or account and credential management.
- Hands-on experience administering privileged accounts through an enterprise PAM platform.
- Practical understanding of account vaulting, vault administration, privileged credentials, and access permissions.
- Experience developing, maintaining, or supporting automation for credential-management processes.
- Knowledge of enterprise access controls across environments such as Windows, Linux/Unix, databases, and web-based applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related discipline, or comparable professional experience.
