"Mandatory tools : Any IGA product 1IM/SailPoint/Saviynt
"Skills - ServiceNow used for access provisioning, CMDB and ITSM with integration to IAM tools. Strong PL/SQL knowledge and ability to understand .NET based integration, AWS, AI/GenAI based outlook
"Good to have: knowledge of CyberArk.
"Strong knowledge of IAM ecosystem and flexible in utilizing his/her past learning in the custom environment of the customer
"Incident and problem management, certification, audit management
"Highly proactive and strong customer management/communication
"Openness to work in a 24x7 mode with leadership skills of driving BAU offshore teams
