Key Responsibilities and Duties
" Develops and maintains automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell, Python, Tines, and AI-enabled coding tools to streamline IAM Governance processes and reduce manual workload.
" Leverages AI-enabled platforms to identify and implement opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement across the IAM program.
" Builds and maintains integrations between identity governance platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, and CyberArk, utilizing scripting and automation to support provisioning, access reviews, and privileged access management workflows.
" Handles operational issues and drives key improvements to enhance the efficiency and scalability of IAM Governance functions.
" Conducts analyses of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of new information security technologies.
" Identifies and implements emerging data access control technologies, information systems security issues, safeguards, and techniques.
" Leads the identification of portions of the organization's IT platform/infrastructure with the highest potential return for automation and process improvement.

Desired Qualifications
" Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, Tines, or AI-enabled coding tools to reduce manual workload and increase operational efficiency and effectiveness
" Experience with enterprise identity platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, or CyberArk
