IAM Lead
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Lead with a strong Cyber Security Practice (CSP) background to lead large-scale IAM programs and managed services engagements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving IAM strategy, governance, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery while leading distributed offshore and onshore teams. This role requires strong customer-facing skills and the ability to engage with business, security, and technology stakeholders at leadership levels.
Roles & Responsibilities
- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management.
- Proven experience managing global teams across offshore and onshore locations.
- Experience in BFSI domain preferred.
- Prior experience within a Cyber Security Practice (CSP) organization is highly desirable.
- Lead IAM programs, operations, and transformation initiatives across enterprise environments.
- Own delivery, governance, risk management, and service excellence for IAM engagements.
- Define IAM roadmaps and align IAM capabilities with customer security and compliance objectives.
- Knowledge of .net and SQL will be added advantage
- Good understanding on IAM products
