    SUMMARY

    Drive Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, governance standards, and technical best practices across the enterprise. Support continuous improvement of IAM capabilities by evaluating technology, processes, controls, and industry best practices. Responsible for the design, implementation, support, and governance of IAM solutions.

    YOUR IMPACT

    • Provide day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for the IAM environment, including but not limited to Microsoft Entra ID, enterprise SSO, Idira (password vaulting, privileged session management, and credential rotation), and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

    • Intermediate understanding of IAM processes, protocols, and technologies (e.g., access governance, multifactor authentication, etc.)

    • Support and improve identity governance processes, including identity lifecycle management, access requests, provisioning/deprovisioning, access certifications, and privileged access.

    • Participate in project teams to support IAM initiatives and projects.

    • Identify gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement across identity and access management processes and controls.

    • Partner with application owners and technical teams to understand access requirements and implement appropriate IAM solutions and controls.

    • Learn, evaluate, and adopt emerging IAM technologies.

    • Design, implement, and operate complex enterprise IAM solutions.

    • Intimate knowledge of ITIL framework, ticket resolutions, and stakeholder response.

    • Other duties as assigned.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Four (4) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.

    • Monitoring, troubleshooting, customer service, problem solving, cross team collaboration, risk analysis, analytical, operating systems, and hardware.

    • Written and communication skills, problem solving, time management, and teamwork.

    STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.

    • Experience with IAM governance and access assessments, including identifying control gaps and implementing practical improvements.
