Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IAM Consultant / Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). The ideal candidate will have experience with Saviynt or SailPoint, along with exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies.
This is a technical, hands-on position focused on application onboarding, connector integration, IAM configuration, troubleshooting, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, and maintain IAM solutions with a focus on IGA.
- Perform application onboarding and connector integration across enterprise systems.
- Configure policies, roles, workflows, access controls, and governance processes.
- Manage and support PAM technologies such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.
- Configure and support SSO and identity federation using Okta and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Troubleshoot issues related to user provisioning, access certification, authentication, and authorization.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand access requirements and ensure compliance.
- Participate in IAM architecture reviews and contribute to IAM strategy and best practices.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, configurations, and operational runbooks.
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to support successful IAM solution delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10 15 years of overall IAM experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Saviynt or SailPoint.
- Experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea.
- Experience with Okta and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Strong understanding of IAM architecture, governance, and access control.
- Experience with application onboarding, connector configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of IAM security, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
