IAM Business Analyst

Will drive alignment, develop runbooks/playbooks, identify gaps, and prioritize systems—reducing rework, improving data quality, and enabling faster, secure IAM implementation. • Accelerates lifecycle definition, data normalization, and risk visibility at scale. Will drive alignment, develop runbooks/playbooks, identify gaps, and prioritize systems—reducing rework, improving data quality, and enabling faster, secure IAM implementation.

Role Responsibilities: (what they will be doing)

• Define and document IAM lifecycle processes (provisioning, rotation, revocation).
• Develop operational runbooks for onboarding, support, and recovery.
• Build and publish IAM playbooks with implementation guidance.
• Identify and map privileged users, roles, and access entitlements.
• Compile, merge, and normalize IAM, application, and system datasets.
• Map users to systems and classify control planes and platforms.
• Perform gap analysis, risk scoring, and inconsistency identification.
• Deduplicate data and resolve mismatches across sources.
• Inventory authentication methods and categorize applications.
• Analyze patterns, validate groupings, and prioritize applications.
• Conduct scans, validate definitions, and assess weaknesses.
• Engage stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
