Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst –Level 3
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to support enterprise identity provisioning, access management, and security operations within a complex healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate will:
  • Support identity and access management across Active Directory, Active Roles, Epic, ServiceNow, CyberArk, and ancillary applications.
  • Bring strong hands-on IAM technical skills combined with a sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability.
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve identity, authentication, provisioning, and access-related issues.
  • Work effectively across multiple integrated systems and technologies.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access changes within Active Directory and connected enterprise applications.
  • Create and maintain Active Directory groups, roles, and role-based access.
  • Support Active Roles and Active Directory integrations with ancillary systems.
  • Perform IAM-related build and provisioning activities within Epic.
  • Work ServiceNow tickets from assignment through resolution as an active fulfiller.
  • Use ServiceNow to:
    • Access and manage tickets.
    • Create reports.
    • Support IAM workflows.
  • Support existing automated and manual provisioning processes across the organization.
  • Work with existing SQL queries and scripts to support:
    • IAM processes.
    • Reporting.
    • Troubleshooting.
    • Data validation.
  • Support authentication and privileged-access workflows involving CyberArk.
  • Troubleshoot identity, authentication, provisioning, and access issues across integrated systems.
  • Collaborate with IAM leadership as the organization continues to mature and automate its identity-management environment.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership, urgency, and follow-through when resolving technical and operational issues.
 
Required Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with Client Active Directory.
  • Experience with:
    • User provisioning.
    • Security groups.
    • Role-based access.
    • Identity lifecycle management.
  • Experience with Active Roles.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
    • Candidates do not need to develop complex SQL scripts from scratch.
    • Must be comfortable understanding, modifying, and executing existing queries and scripts.
  • Hands-on ServiceNow experience, preferably as a fulfiller responsible for working and resolving tickets.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned issues.
  • Strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
 Preferred Qualifications
  • Epic certification, preferably Epic Security.
  • Experience supporting Epic security, access, build, or provisioning.
  • CyberArk experience, including familiarity with authentication and privileged-access concepts.
  • IAM experience within a healthcare or similarly complex enterprise environment.
  • Experience supporting automated identity provisioning and integrations between Active Directory and ancillary applications.
  • Exposure to enterprise IAM/IGA platforms and identity-management modernization initiatives.
 Ideal Candidate
The strongest candidate will:
  • Have a solid Active Directory and IAM foundation.
  • Be comfortable working across multiple systems rather than specializing in only one technology.
  • Be technically capable, resourceful, and responsive.
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Take ownership of issues from the initial ticket or request through investigation, resolution, and closure.
  • Work effectively with limited hand-holding.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Be comfortable operating in a complex enterprise healthcare environment with multiple integrated systems.
