Description Summary: An I.T. Technician III installs, modifies, makes repairs to personal computer hardware and software systems, and provides technical advice and support to system users. This individual makes suggestions and recommendations to the changes in work practices or procedures. The I.T. Technician III is expected to work as necessary to perform duties required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with Office Moves
- (Physical) Parse Salesman Danger Notes
- Install Wi-Fi Pucks
- Install CrowdStrike
- Configure Mechanic Laptop
- Run Network Cables
- Give feedback on Vendors and Products
- Call Vendor for Support
- Call Service Provider for Support
- Add Disposables to Inventory
- Edit NexGen Security Profiles
- Update Branch Managers
- Remote Site Visits
- Train Users on NexGen
- Maintain iMan jobs
- Office App Support (save/print/open)
- Emergecy Mgmt(Level 1)
- Send All Employee Email
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Essential:
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- 3-5 years of I.T. experience;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Must be able to pass a drug test, background check, and fit for duty test.
Desired:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Network Management / Active Directory - Server R8 2012 and up
- Corporate Rollouts / Phone systems / Routers / Switches - General IP Based Knowledge
- Enterprise Level Backup Structure and Awareness i.e. - Veeam, Synology, Barracuda
- ISP Hosting Knowledge / General -
- Microsoft Exchange (Hosted) Software 2012/up General knowledge
- Office 365,Visio,Windows 10,AutoCad/Install only ,Adobe Acrobat,
- Firewall/Security - SonicWall VPN, Cisco - Programming Level II or/ General Knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, branch manager, and Senior Management;
- Strong personal computer skills; Windows 10 pro / Server 12r8 / VMWARE /
- Prefer candidates with proficient oral and written communication skills, technical skills, and functional skills.

Work Environment: Majority of time spent in an office environment. The employee may be required to wear appropriate PPE equipment when exposed to external environment. The employee could occasionally be exposed to extreme temperatures or other inclement weather.
