Where You'll Make a Difference

• Assist maintenance technicians with mechanical, electrical, civil, and general maintenance activities throughout the facility.
• Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of production equipment, utilities, office equipment, and facility infrastructure.
• Assemble, move, and transport materials handling and maintenance equipment as required.
• Prepare work areas and job sites to ensure maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.
• Assist with routine maintenance tasks such as equipment lubrication, inspections, and basic repairs.
• Support facility improvement projects, including drain cleaning, concrete work, partition installation, and related construction activities.
• Help with basic electrical tasks, including pulling wiring and assisting with equipment connections under supervision.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe conditions.
• Follow all safety, quality, environmental, and company procedures while performing assigned duties.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial, construction, or maintenance environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or facility maintenance practices.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and basic maintenance equipment, including wrenches, pipe benders, cutters, and similar tools.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under the guidance of skilled maintenance personnel.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with maintenance, operations, and facilities teams.

How You Would Stand Out

• Experience supporting maintenance activities in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Technical training or coursework related to maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or industrial trades.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and facility support projects.
