Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly and professionally.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately assess their vehicle service needs.
- Prepare work orders and explain recommended services and repairs clearly to customers.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient vehicle repair.
- Provide updates to customers throughout the service process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive service advising or a related customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic automotive knowledge is an advantage.
- Proficient with computers and service department software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
