Responsibilities The Automotive Sales Desk Manager manages the activities of all sales staff, ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual plays a key role in developing the team and maintaining a structured, performance-driven environment.



+ Ensure sales goals are consistently attained


+ Manage daily activity and training of the sales staff


+ Support, coach, and develop team members


+ Ensure salespeople are actively and professionally engaging with customers


+ Address and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner





Qualifications



+ Previous Automotive Sales Management experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate ready to step up


+ Proven track record with strong CSI performance


+ Strong communication and customer engagement skills


+ Experience with CDK is a plus


+ Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence
