Description

Invictus is looking for an experienced, energetic, and people-focused coach to join our San Diego coaching team and support our HYROX/Hybrid and Competition programs.At Invictus, great coaching is about more than delivering a workout. We believe in knowing the person in front of you, coaching with intention, and helping every athlete continue to grow. You're someone who notices athletes, asks questions, and knows when to challenge someone and when to adjust the plan. You can coach an experienced competitor while making a developing athlete feel equally seen, supported, and valued.You're a strong communicator who brings high standards without ego, welcomes feedback, works well as part of a team, and continually looks for ways to improve your craft.Experience coaching CrossFit, HYROX, hybrid fitness, strength & conditioning, or competitive athletes is preferred. CrossFit Level 1 or an equivalent coaching certification, HYROX experience, and Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics coaching experience are also preferred.
