Member Experience & Studio Sales - Restore Hyper Wellness Clearwater

Our Clearwater studio serves one of the most diverse and loyal client bases in the area - from first-time wellness clients who need a little reassurance before they commit, to research-savvy professionals ready to go straight to a full protocol. Your job is to read the room from the moment someone walks in, meet them exactly where they are, and guide them toward the outcome thats right for them - not the biggest sale.

This is a front-of-house role with real sales responsibility, and its built for someone who manages themselves. Were a lean team. Theres no one hovering, handing you a task list, or walking you through your day - you read the studio, set your own priorities, and act. On busy days youre engaging members, running consultations, and converting walk-ins. On slow days youre following up with leads, re-engaging lapsed members, and generating your own activity. If you need to be told the studio is quiet, this isnt the role. If youve already picked up the phone, it is.

What youll do

• Welcome clients and run personalized wellness consultations that move them toward a program and a membership
• Read each client quickly and tailor your approach - but always be selling wellness, to everyone
• Convert walk-ins, leads, and tours into committed long-term members through consultative conversations
• Follow up with leads and lapsed members by phone, text, and email - without being prompted
• Build genuine relationships that drive retention - track progress and layer in next services
• Own the day-to-day: check-ins, waivers, cleanliness, and studio flow. You see what needs doing and you handle it

• Starting at $18/hr, with growth tied to performance

For someone who uses these regularly, thats approximately $10,000 in annual service value. We expect our team to use what they recommend - that authenticity is core to how we serve clients.

• 3+ years in sales, wellness, fitness, hospitality, or a client-facing role - enough that youve developed your own approach and dont need to be taught how to sell
• A closers mindset - you believe in the product and you guide people to commit
• Self-managing - you bring your own structure, set your own pace, and hold yourself accountable without supervision
• Relationship-driven - you build long-term trust that drives membership and retention
• Emotionally intelligent - you read a room and adjust without being told to
• Steady and low-drama - clients and teammates experience you as grounded and consistent
• Genuine personal investment in health and wellness - you use what you recommend
• Proactive on slow days - you generate activity, you dont wait for it
• Weekend availability and located near Clearwater

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
