Our client is an innovative robotics and automation software company supporting large-scale automated warehouse and distribution operations across North America. They are seeking Hyper Care Onsite Supervisors (2nd shift) to provide onsite operational support during critical post-deployment phases at customer facilities.
This role is ideal for someone who is technically savvy, dependable, solutions-oriented, and comfortable being the boots on the ground support presence after deployment teams transition offsite.
This is not a highly technical engineering role and does not require coding or advanced troubleshooting experience. Instead, this position focuses on operational oversight, escalation coordination, communication, and ensuring day-to-day support continuity during live production environments.
Responsibilities
Serve as the onsite support contact during Hyper Care support periods following automation deployments
Monitor robotic and automation systems during active production shifts
Escalate issues to remote technical support and engineering teams when needed
Assist with basic operational support and coordination activities onsite
Support production startup procedures and system readiness checks
Maintain communication with customer operations teams and remote deployment engineers
Perform light onsite tasks such as:
Cleaning camera lenses or sensors
Assisting with minor spill cleanup around robotic equipment
Verifying systems are operational and ready for production
Restarting or initiating systems per established procedures
Provide status updates and communicate operational concerns quickly and professionally
Help ensure a smooth transition after deployment engineers leave the site

Qualifications
Prior experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, operations, or technical support environments preferred
Basic technical aptitude and comfort working around automation systems
Ability to follow procedures and communicate effectively with remote support teams
Strong attendance and reliability
Ability to work onsite for the full project duration
No coding or advanced engineering experience required
Additional Information
No travel required once assigned to a site
Contract lengths may vary based on deployment schedules
