    We are seeking a Dental Hygienist who shares our passion for quality patient care and creating a welcoming environment. You'll be set up for immediate success with a strong existing patient base, state-of-the-art technology, and a schedule built to let you spend real time with every patient.

    This isn't a role where you're rushed through a column and sent home. We're looking for a Dental Hygienist who wants to grow, with a team that treats hygiene as central to the practice rather than an add-on.     Your Day-to-Day as a Dental Hygienist
    • Perform periodontal procedures in a manner that is best for the patient in accordance with all state dental board requirements
    • Build trust through clear education for patients on strategies to prevent, diagnose, and treat periodontal disease as well as maintaining their oral health
    • Chart conditions of periodontal disease for collaboration with the Dentist to develop the appropriate treatment plan
    • Work collaboratively with the team on scheduling, ensuring an exceptional patient experience, and maintaining the condition of the practice and equipment
    Your Expertise as a Dental Hygienist will include:
    • Dental hygiene licensure compliant with the State Dental Board with no adverse actions
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both the team and patients
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with dental software, Open Dental experience would be an added bonus
