Hydromechanical Systems Assembly Technician
$18.00–$22.00/hr + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
(Paid out $250 at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months)
It’s 6:00 a.m. The doors open to a spotless, climate-controlled shop floor. You gather your prints, pull components, and bring complex training systems to life—from hydraulic manifolds and pneumatic circuits to electrical wiring harnesses. By the end of your shift, you’ve tested, calibrated, and quality-checked a build that will help students and technicians around the world learn advanced manufacturing skills.
If you’re mechanically inclined and love building, repairing, and troubleshooting equipment—especially with plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, or industrial assembly experience—this is your kind of day.

What You’ll Tackle
- Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components into complete systems
- Install and route electrical components and wiring
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues to root cause
- Identify and correct defective or damaged parts
- Test, calibrate, and perform final quality checks on finished equipment
Compensation & Growth
- Level 1 — $18.00–$20.00/hr — Ideal for those with foundational mechanical, plumbing, or assembly experience who want to sharpen their skills.
- Level 2 — $20.00–$22.00/hr — For seasoned assemblers confident in hydraulics, pneumatics, troubleshooting, and blueprint reading who can independently complete complex builds.
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus paid in four installments of $250 at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months.
What You Bring
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a knack for problem-solving
- Basic plumbing or HVAC background
- Ability to read English blueprints/specs
- Reliable attendance and readiness to start at 6:00 a.m.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on hydraulic/pneumatic experience
- Skill soldering copper tubing
- Manufacturing, maintenance, or equipment repair experience
