    The Hydraulics Technician is responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, overhauling, testing, and maintaining hydraulic components. This position ensures all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with FAA regulations, manufacturer maintenance manuals, company policies, and approved technical data to ensure the continued airworthiness and safe operation of aircraft.



    Requirements



    • Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, and test aircraft hydraulic systems, including pumps, actuators, reservoirs, valves, accumulators, and related components.

    • Diagnose hydraulic system malfunctions using approved test equipment, maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, and hydraulic schematics.

    • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, modifications, and component replacements.

    • Conduct operational and pressure tests to verify system performance and airworthiness.

    • Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, service bulletins, and technical publications.

    • Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, AS9100 standards, customer requirements, and company procedures

    • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

    • Coordinate with maintenance personnel, inspectors, and supervisors to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.

    •  Adhere to all workplace safety requirements and environmental regulations.
