Epsilon Systems Solutions is seeking a full-time Hydraulics Support Technician in San Diego, CA.
Summary: Provide hydraulics support to our customer related to U.S. Navy ships and vessels.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for support of technical guidance, test and inspection, and system troubleshooting in support of ship's force conducting system adjustments and minor repairs on hydraulics, controls, and deck machinery technical services in connection with FTA and assessments on all naval ship classes and applicable support ships, such as Military Sealift Command vessels.
Provide technical support on steering systems, boat davits, cranes, capstans, ramps, sliding padeyes
Provide assistance, training and technical subject matter expertise in Hydraulic Systems maintenance and repairs to ships' force military personnel during FTA, TSRA, INSURV, TMI assessments, and CMO events.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Six (6) years full-time experience maintaining, and repairing hydraulic systems
Must be proficient in MS Office
Pursuant to the various government contractual requirements, all applicants must be U.S. Citizens.
Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is $32.53 To $35 Hourly. This is a reasonable estimate for this role. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Requires walking, reaching, sitting and concentration in the presence of occasional noise
Ability to lift, carry and move objects up to 50 lbs. in weight
Ability to work in office, warehouse, laboratory, pier side, and shipboard locations.
Noise conditions range from very quiet to loud, hearing protection may be required at times.
Ability to perform other duties as required which may involve high heat, humidity, noise and dirty conditions, working aloft or over the sides of vessels
May ride ships at sea for extended periods
Travel may be required within and outside of the continental United States
