Assess clients assigned for services and implement an appropriate treatment plan to teach and assist clients in applying the life skills necessary to successfully complete treatment. The Hybrid/Remote Social Services Specialist is responsible for the following: Fulfilling responsibilities of paraprofessional supervised visits.

Direct Hire Position!  Looking for candidates throughout South Eastern Indiana

Job Duties

• Assess clients assigned for services and implement an appropriate treatment plan to teach and assist clients in applying the life skills necessary to successfully complete treatment.

The Hybrid/Remote Social Services Specialist is responsible for the following:

• Fulfilling responsibilities of paraprofessional supervised visits.
• Maintaining clear, detailed, and accurate client documentation records.
• Participating in weekly supervision and overseeing risk management areas.
• Always demonstrating respect and cultural sensitivity.
• Maintaining CPR & First Aid Certifications.
• Engaging and assisting in the family participation in the treatment planning process.
• Assisting parents in learning and executing skills (basic parenting, homemaking, etc)
• Timely completion of clear, detailed, and accurate documentation of the following:
  • All Contacts with Clients
  • Monthly Reports
  • Court Reports
  • Treatment Plans
• Maintaining client confidentiality.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children and families
• Strong Team member
• High School Diploma/GED
