Job Title: Payroll Tax Analyst
Pay: Commensurate with experience
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

As a Payroll Tax Analyst, you'll be responsible for managing payroll tax processes and ensuring compliance. You’ll work closely with the payroll and finance teams to deliver accurate results that support the company's payroll operations.

What You'll Do
As a Payroll Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for:
  • Prepare, review, and submit payroll tax filings while ensuring payments are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Stay informed on current federal, state, and local payroll tax laws to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Perform reconciliations of payroll tax accounts, investigate variances, and resolve outstanding issues.
  • Assist with internal and external audit activities by gathering records and providing supporting payroll documentation.
  • Partner with Payroll, Finance, Human Resources, and Accounting teams to promote accurate tax reporting and compliance.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting payroll tax functions, with a solid understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
  • Experience utilizing payroll and HRIS systems to process payroll taxes, maintain employee tax records, and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Payroll, Human Resources, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
