Hybrid IT Systems Engineer - Azure M365 SQL - Up to $140k

The Systems Engineer will: Help with the build and configuration of the organizations Windows servers, virtual machines, and Microsoft cloud services that help support the manufacturing sites across the US.

The Systems Engineer will:

• Help with the build and configuration of the organizations Windows servers, virtual machines, and Microsoft cloud services that help support the manufacturing sites across the US.
• Work closely with a Senior Systems Engineer and help support a Systems Administrator as well!
• Be responsible for the building and running the integration between Workday and their hybrid Active Directory environment.
• Put the customer first and be a core member of the Infrastructure team

The successful Systems Engineer candidate will ideally have the following experience:

• Bachelors Degree in a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years experience as a Systems Engineer
• Extensive working knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory, plus virtualization experience.
• Microsoft 365 and Azure Exchange Online Administration experience
• Entra ID, MFA & Conditional Access expertise
• Hands-on backup and recovery experience, monitoring jobs, fixing failures, and performing restores.
• PowerShell scripting experience
• Strong SQL Server administration experience
• Customer-first mindset and a strong communicator
• Working comfort with AI tools in day-to-day work.

Beneficial experience includes:

• Microsoft certifications (AZ-104 or MS-102)
• Any experience with the following: NinjaOne, CrowdStrike, Proofpoint, Barracuda Backup, and Azure Recovery Services Vault
• Privileged Access Management platforms (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or similar).
• Manufacturing industry experience
