Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Property Claims professional to support and manage the Property Claims Management Program. This role will oversee property loss and business interruption claims activities, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and support insurance recovery and claim resolution efforts.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day property loss and business interruption claims.
• Coordinate incident communication and claims reporting activities
• Work closely with Operations and Maintenance teams during claim investigations.
• Prepare and submit insurance claims documentation and required support materials
• Coordinate with adjusters and claims consultants throughout the claim lifecycle
• Track financial recovery, accounting updates, and claims reporting
• Maintain claim status updates and support timely closure of open claims
• Analyze claim details and provide recommendations to stakeholders

 
Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in claims management
• Experience handling property claims and insurance processes
• Strong analytical and business decision-making abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and deadlines

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Energy, Utilities, or Renewable Energy industries.
• Experience with business interruption claims, financial reporting, and insurance recovery
